Late L.T. Col. H.S. Dhaliwal ( 26 th April 1918- 02 Nov 2004) Pioneer of New Careers Academy. He started this organization just after his retirement from Corps Of Arty in 1967. A highly respected personality with a persona who could impress anyone having a vision for a brighter future for students. His main aim was to contribute to the society by spreading education. Under his able guidance and innovative methods he brought about the best from the students. A well respected father like figure amongst his students, he was always a source of inspiration amongst students. Under his able guidance he got a candidate who was rejected seven times at the SSB to get him success no mean achievement in any case. A Topper throughout his education career, he did his masters from Lahore University. His name still figures on the honours board list.

| An able administrator, he would always strive to achieve for the best and accordingly he demanded the same from his sub- ordinates and the candidates. With his remarkable hard work and his scientific approach the understanding by the students became a lot easier. His understanding of the SSB Interview system helped many thousands candidates get commissioned and serve the Indian Armed Forces. His judgment and analysis were immaculate , thereby helping students overcome their short comings. Under his vision and guidance New Careers Academy has always striven to provide education to the students so as to do the country proud. He helped a candidate who was rejected seven times at an s.s.b. to clear the board , which is no mean achievement |

| After the demise of the Founder Director, New Careers Academy is being run under the able guidance of Capt. N.S. Dhaliwal , who has been a part of this organization for more than 29 years and has been one of the most prominent figures in the success of the candidates all these years. Capt. Dhaliwal has done his post graduation from Punjab University. With all these years of experience behind him he has developed a vast knowledge of all the techniques required in S.S.B. Interview/PABT and various papers like NDA/CDS/ACC and other written exams. |

| The Director, continues to work for the betterment and scaling new heights. One of the major accomplishments has been the release of the book by the director named "S.S.B. interviews and Personality devolpement" for candidates to give them a preface of what is expected of them and to make the grade at S.S.B. |
